General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The present conditions of sale are concluded by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website of The International journal of the Transformation of Institutions, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".

1. Presentation

The International journal of the Transformation of Institutionsis an independent journal registered under ISSN 2785 - 0005. . It is managed by the Motus Association, located at Corso Duca degli Abruzzi 80, 10129 Turin, Italy

- article by article

The prices in the catalogue are net of VAT ?

4. Controls
The buyer, who wishes to purchase a product or a service, must
- Fill in the identification form with all the requested details or give your customer login if you have one;
- Fill in the online order form giving all the references of the products or services chosen;
- validate the order after having checked it;
- make the payment in accordance with the conditions laid down ;
- confirm the order and payment.

The International journal of the Transformation of Institutions will confirm by e-mail the registration of the order

5. Withdrawal
Buyers, non-professional individuals, have a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) clear days from the delivery of their order to return the product to The International Journal of the Transformation of Institutions for exchange or reimbursement without penalty, in accordance with Article 121.20.2 of the French Consumer Code, this withdrawal period is not applicable.

6. Terms of payment
*Validation
The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective by The International Journal of the Transformation of Institutions when the relevant banking payment centres have given their agreement. In case of refusal of the said centres, the order will be automatically cancelled.

*Payment methods
Payments will be made :
- or by credit card; they will be made through the secure "Paypal" system
- or by transfer to the IBAN account in the payment system

*Full payment
The buyer must pay the full price when completing the order. At no time can the sums paid be considered as deposits or advance payments.

*Obligations of the buyer
The buyer guarantees The International Journal of the Transformation of Institutions that he/she has the necessary authorisations to use the method of payment chosen when registering the order form.

*Bonds from The International journal of the Transformation of Institutions
The International Journal of the Transformation of Institutions reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order and/or delivery, whatever their nature and level of execution, in the event of non-payment of any sum due by the Buyer, or in the event of a payment incident. In the context of the fight against Internet fraud, the information relating to your order may be transmitted to any third party for verification. At the request of the Buyer, an invoice will be sent to him/her on paper.

7. Deliveries, terms and conditions
The magazine or the articles will be delivered exclusively by digital means, by email upon receipt of payment with a maximum delay of 48 hours.

8. Liability

"The International Journal of the Transformation of Institutions", in the process of selling online, is only bound by an obligation of means; it cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, breakdown of service, or other involuntary problems.

9. Suspension of obligations in case of force majeure

In addition to the elements usually retained by French jurisprudence, the seller's obligations will be automatically suspended if elements beyond his express control prevent the normal performance of the contract, such as
- a computer breakdown ;
- the fire ;
- the storm ;
- flooding.
The seller, upon noting the event, shall as soon as possible inform the other party of the impossibility of performing the service.

The suspension of the obligations shall in no case be a cause of liability for non-performance of the obligations, nor shall it lead to the payment of damages or penalties for delay.

As soon as the cause of the suspension of obligations has disappeared, the seller shall inform his customer of the resumption of his obligation.
10. Intellectual property.

All elements of The International journal of the Transformation of Institutions website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the site
No one is authorised to reproduce, exploit, rebroadcast or use in any way whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site, whether software, visual or sound.

11. Personal data

In accordance with the law relating to data processing, files and freedoms of 6 January 1978, information of a personal nature relating to purchasers may be subject to automated processing.

The International journal of the Transformation of Institutions reserves the right to collect information about purchasers, including by using cookies, and, if it wishes, to pass on the information collected to commercial partners.
Promotional information in the form of a newsletter is sent to people who have requested it from "The International Journal of the Transformation of Institutions".
By placing an order with "The International Journal of the Transformation of Institutions", the customer agrees to receive promotional information in the form of a newsletter.

The client may unsubscribe from this newsletter by sending a written request to the following address: contact@ritijournal.com . com or by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of a newsletter sent by The International Journal of the Transformation of Institutions.

Buyers may object to the disclosure of their details by notifying "The International journal of the Transformation of Institutions".

Similarly, users have the right to access and rectify data concerning them, in accordance with the law of 6 January 1978.

12. Settlement of disputes
These online sales conditions are subject to Italian press law.
